PPM to Molarity Formula

The following equation can be used to convert PPM to molarity:
Molarity (M) = (PPM × 10⁻³) ÷ Molar Mass

Where:

  • M is molarity in moles per liter (mol/L)
  • PPM is parts per million
  • Molar Mass is in grams per mole (g/mol)
